1,Wide working range: adaptable for diameter 12mm-40mm same diameter, different diameter,
bending, new and old, advance covered up rebar of GB 1499, BS 4449, ASTM A615 Grade 60 and grade 75 or ASTM A706 standard
2,High strength: stronger than the reinforcement bar and guarantees bar break under tensile stress(tensile strength of connection point =1.1 times of connected bar).It can satisfy the requirements stipulated in the Chinese standard JGJ107-2010 and meet ACI 318 TYPE 1 and ACI 318 TYPE 2.
3,High efficiency: upset forging and threading one rebar end only needs no more than one minute, and handy operation and quick link.
4,Environmental protection and economy profit: no environment pollution, can work all day, not affected by weather, economize energy source and bar material.
5.No reduction of the bar cross section area.

According to Chinese standard GB 1499.2-2007,
For rebar HRB400:Tensile strength≥540Mpa,Yeild strength≥400Mpa;
For rebar HRB500:Tensile strength≥630Mpa,Yeild strength≥500Mpa.
The upset forging parallel thread connection technology can not only be used for the   connection of HRB400 rebar, but also for other rebar, such as HRB500, Gr.60, Gr.75, Gr.80, B500B,B500C, etc. Those of tensile strength is more than 700Mpa and so on.
